VP Electronics Solutions commits to keeping rates reasonable for customers, the initial service call fee for business and residential customers is $65. Our goal is to ensure that for simple problems, this is all the customer is required to pay. If you book through our online service and a technician is unable to make the appointment and rescheduling is untenable to either the customer or the company, a full refund will be issued without any transaction fees.
For services that cannot be completed in the hour allotted for the initial service call, additional charges may apply. Work will cease until the additional charges are agreed upon by the customer. Any service requiring hardware will incur additional charges if VP Electronics Solutions is responsible for obtaining the hardware. Third-party hardware may be used with the signed consent of the customer to waive all warranty claims against VP Electronics Solutions and pursue any warranty claims with the manufacturer of said hardware. Charges for hardware will be itemized in the customer invoice.
